My goal as a stylist/editor is to constantly grow and develop.
My personal aesthetic is to re-purpose garments from their intended use to reveal something fresh and unexpected.
I work daily to demonstrate my passion for new effective and innovative styling techniques.
Anna has been styling professionally for the past twelve years. Her first position in fashion was as an intern for NYLON Magazine.
The scrappy “make-it-work” mentality of the industry was addictive. After the experience of assisting top editors and fashion stylists, she was hooked. She served as a global styling lead at Amazon from 2011 to 2014.
In 2015 Anna took on the position of Style Director for Xcel Brands. At Xcel, she built and maintained style and imaging standards, as well as, aided in all new branding initiatives from inception to market for Isaac Mizrahi New York, IML, Judith Ripka, Liz Clairborne, H by Halston, and C.Wonder.
During Anna’s time as a freelance editor and stylist she has had the delight of working with Lucky Brand, Avocado Muse, Columbia Sportswear, C21Store.com, Nordstrom.com, Maggie Sottero, American Express, Freego Denim, Blank NYC, Maybelline New York, Hugo Boss, Macys.com, Vineyard Vines, Warner Brothers Music, VSX, G.H. Bass & Co., Astoria Bank, and Nespresso. She has also had the pleasure of being a frequent fashion editor for Curva Magazine, Frow Magazine, The Fashionisto, Spirit and Flesh Magazine, Lucy Magazine, Slink Magazine, and 35MM Magazine, as well as, market editor for Luxury Art Book, Harpers Bazaar En Espanol, and S Moda Magazine.
In August of 2017, Anna launched the vintage clothing brand, Laventer. Laventer currently sits on multiple selling sites and operates on a creative commerce model. The creative commerce platform allows the brand to offer fantastic prices on unique vintage designer pieces. The Laventer team's passion for an individualized eco-friendly shopping experience goes unmatched by competitors.
